UN CONCERTO PER RICORDARE FRANCESCO

Gli amici di Checco vogliono ricordarlo con un evento pieno di energia e vitalità, proprio come lui, ed in più raccogliere fondi per donare al nuovo NeMO Ancona un elettromedicale a suo nome.
Ecco, quindi questa duplice iniziativa che s’intreccia a ritmo di musica.
In concomitanza con il concerto che si terrà l'11 agosto a Laterza, gli amici di Francesco “Checco” promuovono una raccolta fondi in suo ricordo anche sulla Rete del Dono.
Un progetto di grande valore che unisce l’energia di Francesco e la sua passione per la musica, con le persone che vivono una malattia neuromuscolare come la sua.

I Centri Clinici NeMO, dal 2008 si prendono cura delle persone affette da malattie neuromuscolari, come la SLA, la SMA e le Distrofie Muscolari e oggi sono il punto di riferimento per la diagnosi, la cura e l’assistenza su queste patologie. Il Centro Clinico NeMO Ancona, presente da marzo presso gli Ospedali Riuniti, si prenderà cura di 3.200 persone con un équipe multidisciplinare dedicata, spazi e attrezzature che verranno implementate grazie alle donazioni e alla generosità di privati, aziende ed Enti, consentendo così di ridurre le liste d’attesa e gli spostamenti delle famiglie

Checco’s friends wish to remember him with an event full of energy and vitality, just as Checco was. Hence, they have organised a double initiative combining music and fundraising. They would like to collect funds to donate electromedical equipment to Ancona’s NeMO Clinical Centre. In conjunction with a concert that will take place in Laterza on the 11 of august, Checco’s friends are also promoting a fundraising initiative on Rete del Dono in his memory. A project of great value that brings together Francesco’s energy and his passion for music and those who suffer from a neuromuscular disease like his.

Since 2008, the Nemo Clinical Centres have been caring for people who suffer from neuromuscular diseases such as ALS, SMA and Muscular Dystrophy. They are now the point of reference for the diagnosis, the cure, and the medical care for these diseases. Ancona Nemo Clinical Centre was inaugurated in March 2022 at Ospedali Riuniti and will care for about 3200 patients through a specialised multidisciplinary taskforce. The facilities and the equipment will be implemented thanks to the donations and the generosity of privates, companies, and institutions, thus reducing waiting lists and the need for families to relocate.
