L’Associazione “Università Popolare L.U.C.E.”, Libera Università delle Culture Europee, è un organismo internazionale di Alta Formazione e Certificazione delle Competente, senza fini di lucro, coordinatore Europeo delle Nazioni Unite Academic Impact, accreditato al Ministero della P.I., certificato ISO 9001:2015 e ISO: 21101:2018 (in fase di rinnovo). “Università Popolare L.U.C.E.” agisce ai sensi del D.Lgs. 117/2017, in attesa di essere iscritta al RUNTS (Registro Unico del Terzo Settore) come ODV (organismo di volontariato).
Il management di L.U.C.E. intende perseguire l’obiettivo di creare un centro Universitario di eccellenza che possa collaborare con le Università Europee promuovendo corsi di laurea e Master in linea con i prestigiosi modelli educativi di stile anglosassone, seguendo i Principi della Convenzione ONU e i 10 PRINCIPI UNAI.

CROWDFUNDING - In cosa investiremo le vostre donazioni
Per realizzare al meglio la nostra visione abbiamo deciso di avviare una campagna di CROWDFUNDING che ci permetterà di portare avanti i seguenti progetti:
-il potenziamento del Dipartimento di Innovazione, Metaverso, Intelligenza Artificiale con l’utilizzo della piattaforma Quantistica integrato nella nostra offerta formativa a gennaio 2023
-l'assunzione nel nostro team di nuove figure che rendano tale progetto più adeguato ai nostri ambiziosi programmi, dunque 4 figure di cui 2 laureate in Lingue, 1 Project manager e 1 sviluppatore informatico.
-l’acquisto di un bus a due piani e il suo allestimento per organizzare eventi in mobilità, nell’ambito dei SHARING POINT territoriali, con azioni di educazione e marketing territoriale, in linea con quanto occorre per realizzare al meglio smart cities con l’utilizzo dei più performanti digital device.

I dispositivi digitali possono essere utilizzati in molteplici modi per creare e migliorare le smart cities. Ecco alcuni esempi:
1. Sensori intelligenti: i sensori digitali possono essere utilizzati per monitorare una vasta gamma di dati ambientali, come il traffico, la qualità dell'aria, la temperatura, il rumore, il livello di inquinamento acustico e molti altri fattori. Questi dati possono poi essere utilizzati per migliorare la pianificazione urbana, il controllo del traffico, la gestione del rifiuto e la risposta a situazioni di emergenza.

2. Sistemi di controllo dell'energia: i dispositivi digitali possono essere utilizzati per monitorare e controllare l'uso dell'energia, ad esempio attraverso la creazione di smart grid o l'installazione di sensori e controlli di energia in edifici pubblici e privati. Questi sistemi possono ridurre il consumo di energia, aumentare l'efficienza energetica e aiutare a ridurre l'impatto ambientale delle città.

3. Applicazioni mobili: le applicazioni mobili possono essere utilizzate per fornire informazioni ai cittadini sulla città, come il trasporto pubblico, le opzioni di intrattenimento e le attività culturali. Inoltre, le applicazioni mobili possono aiutare a migliorare la sicurezza pubblica, consentendo ai cittadini di segnalare situazioni di emergenza o di criminalità alle autorità competenti.

4. Dispositivi IoT: i dispositivi IoT (Internet of Things) possono essere utilizzati per connettere oggetti e dispositivi diversi, come i veicoli, gli edifici e le infrastrutture. Ciò può consentire la creazione di una città interconnessa e intelligente in cui gli oggetti possono comunicare tra loro e migliorare l'efficienza dei servizi pubblici.

5. Case green e domotiche: Il Pnrr prevede di sostenere alcune delle più importanti iniziative europee per consentire di trasformare gli immobili esistenti in modo da garantire:
a) Sicurezza da eventi naturali;
b) Risparmio energetico
c) Controllo a distanza delle principali apparecchiature presenti all’interno della casa (impianti di allarme, elettrodomestici, temperatura degli ambienti, controllo dei consumi ecc.)
In generale, i dispositivi digitali possono essere utilizzati in molte altre aree per creare smart cities, come la gestione dei dati, la pianificazione urbana, la comunicazione e la partecipazione dei cittadini.

La campagna di crowfunding promossa da Università Popolare LUCE consente, inoltre agli investitori di:
a) poter ottenere benefici fiscali dalla loro partecipazione e adesione a questa preziosa iniziativa.
b) Contribuire a valorizzare i giovani talenti investendo nelle loro idee, nelle loro competenze e, non ultimo, nella loro CREAT..TIVITA’!
In seguito verranno invece selezionati 7 investitori (con offerta base 5.000 EUR e fino a 10.000 EURO).

BENEFICI PER GLI INVESTITORI:

Sono accettate offerte libere per sostenere le idee dei giovani talenti che vogliono far crescere ed espandere la Comunità delle idee nel Metaverso.

Oltre ai già citati benefici fiscale per gli investitori, che non a caso abbiamo chiamato VISIONARI, abbiamo previsto un accantonamento delle entrate con la creazione di un conto dedicato dove erogheremo, da ogni progetto realizzato, del 5% per il rimborso fino all’ammontare delle somme ricevute con una premialità aggiuntiva del 10%. Nessun investimento bancario consente questi rendimenti per somme così basse, rispetto alla premialità garantita da Università Popolare LUCE ai propri investitori.

The Association ‘People's University L.U.C.E.’ (where L.U.C.E. in Italian stands for ‘Libera Università delle Culture Europee’, meaning ‘Free University of European Cultures’) is an international body of Higher Education and Certification of Competencies, non-profit, European coordinator of the United Nations Academic Impact, accredited to the Ministry of P.I., certified ISO 9001:2015 and ISO: 21101:2018 (under renewal). ‘L.U.C.E. CROWDFUNDING - What we will invest your donations in
To realize our vision in the best possible way, we have decided to launch a CROWDFUNDING campaign that will enable us to pursue the following projects:
-the enhancement of the Department of Innovation, Metaverse, Artificial Intelligence with the use of the Quantum platform integrated into our educational offerings in January 2023
-the hiring of new figures in our team to make this project more adequate to our ambitious plans, thus 4 figures including 2 graduates in Languages, 1 project manager and 1 IT developer.
-the purchase of a double-decker bus and its set up to organize on-the-go events, as part of the territorial SHARING POINTS, with territorial education and marketing actions, in line with what is needed to best realize smart cities with the use of the most performing digital devices.
Digital devices can be used in multiple ways to create and improve smart cities. Here are some examples:
1. Smart sensors: digital sensors can be used to monitor a wide range of environmental data, such as traffic, air quality, temperature, noise, noise pollution levels, and many other factors. This data can then be used to improve urban planning, traffic control, waste management, and emergency response.
2. Energy control systems: digital devices can be used to monitor and control energy use, such as through the creation of smart grids or the installation of energy sensors and controls in public and private buildings. These systems can reduce energy consumption, increase energy efficiency, and help reduce the environmental impact of cities.
3. Mobile applications: mobile applications can be used to provide information to citizens about the city, such as public transportation, entertainment options, and cultural activities. In addition, mobile applications can help improve public safety by enabling citizens to report emergency or crime situations to the appropriate authorities.
4. IoT devices: IoT (Internet of Things) devices can be used to connect different objects and devices, such as vehicles, buildings, and infrastructure. This can enable the creation of an interconnected, smart city where objects can communicate with each other and improve the efficiency of public services.
5. Green and home automation homes: The NRP plans to support some of Europe's most important initiatives to enable the transformation of existing buildings to ensure:
a) Safety from natural events;
b) Energy savings.
c) Remote control of major equipment within the home (alarm systems, home appliances, room temperature, consumption control, etc.).
In general, digital devices can be used in many other areas to create smart cities, such as data management, urban planning, communication, and citizen participation.
The crowfunding campaign promoted by People's University LUCE also enables investors to:
a) be able to obtain tax benefits from their participation and adherence to this valuable initiative.
b) to contribute to enhance the value of young talents by investing in their ideas, skills and, last but not least, in their CREAT..TIVITY!
Instead, 7 investors (with a base bid of EUR 5,000 and up to EUR 10,000) will be selected afterwards.

Free offers are accepted to support the ideas of young talents who want to grow and expand the Community of Ideas in the Metaverse.

In addition to the aforementioned tax benefits for investors, which we have not coincidentally called VISIONARIES, we have set aside income with the creation of a dedicated account where,from each project carried out, we will disburse 5% for reimbursement up to the amount of the sums received with an additional bonus of 10%. No investment bank allows such returns for such low amounts, compared to the premium guaranteed by People's University LUCE to its investors.
