Mission
URBAN REGENERATION
A mission to restore the Beauty of places and rediscover their “genius loci,” addressing abandoned or neglected public and private spaces, both external and internal, due to economic crises, depopulation, climate shocks, or other challenges. This serves as an added value for reactivating and revitalizing local economies and harnessing the best creative energies they can offer.
CULTURAL REGENERATION
A mission of social action aimed at fostering the harmonious development of third-millennium communities, encouraging conscious growth rooted in the knowledge of one’s origins and cultural identities on one hand, and exploring other cultures through intercultural and intergenerational dialogues on the other. This takes place within a global context marked by contrasts and opportunities that require careful selection and/or construction.
PSYCHOPHYSICAL REGENERATION
A mission focused on post-shock recovery (resulting from internal or external factors, such as personal crises, economic downturns, or other challenges) of the individual as a person immersed in diverse social contexts and under the pressures of a globalized world. It aims to foster inner awareness to rebalance physical and mental energies, harmonizing individuals with ecosystems and external habitats beyond their personal living spaces. This process supports communities in making life choices, helping each individual discover their own uniqueness and authenticity.
Our Activities
ACTIONS FOR CULTURAL AND URBAN REGENERATION
Development and proposal of projects to participate in public and private calls for proposals with the primary goal of enhancing and revitalizing:
Historic Residences and Villages;
Abandoned port or coastal areas;
Public and private spaces, both external and internal;
Suburban areas;
Urban voids.
All these categories are essential to the Foundation’s mission, as they require not only structural and qualitative regeneration for urban aesthetics but also, and more importantly, social regeneration. This can be achieved concurrently through cultural activities, training, innovation, and continuous creativity, carried out with the involvement of, or on behalf of, public and private stakeholders, and always in close collaboration with local communities and human resources in the areas targeted for intervention.
