Casa del Buon Gusto - social restaurant

We are building the Casa del Buon Gusto: a social restaurant that will guide young people from training to real employment. Today, they learn the foundations of cooking at the Accademia del Buon Gusto — but they need a place to take the next step. The Casa del Buon Gusto will be that place: a real kitchen where they can gain work experience, strengthen their skills, and build a professional future.

This project is more than a restaurant. It will be a space of growth and inclusion, where food becomes a tool for personal and collective transformation, and where the neighborhood of Sant’Elia can open itself to new opportunities.
