Maratona Di Roma for Operation Smile

Correre in generale e specialmente in maratona, mi regala felicità e mi fa sorridere. Ogni volta che indosso le scarpette il mio pensiero va a quanti non possono sfortunatamente vivere le emozioni che la corsa regala e, in un certo senso, corro emotivamente anche per loro. Fortunatamente c'è ancora un bellissimo universo di solidarietà che permette di aiutare in modo concreto persone meno fortunate che altrimenti non potrebbero essere aiutate. La causa Operation Smile si propone di aiutare bambini in Madagascar che necessitano di interventi di ricostruzione maxillo facciale perché possano tornare a sorridere: così come faccio io mentre corro e chiunque durante le proprie piccole o grandi gioie quotidiane.

Col vostro aiuto restituiremo il sorriso a tanti bambini.

Running in general and, especially in a marathon, gives me happiness and makes me smile. Every time I wear my running shoes, my thoughts go to those who can’t, unfortunately, feel the emotions that running gives and, in an emotional way, I also run for them. Fortunately there is still a beautiful world made of solidarity that provides the opportunity to give real help to people who are less fortunate and who would not be helped otherwise. The cause Operation Smile aims to help children in Madagascar in need of maxillofacial reconstruction surgery so that they can smile; just as I do when I run, as well as everyone else in their smallest or greatest daily joys.
